2 weeks today, no smoking, no drinking.
Nicotine affects how your body metabolizes sugar.
And booze is just trouble.
Since kicking both, I've had both
a) a huge surge in energy
b) a holy new experience with sugar (hey look body, we can metabolize it all bys our lonesome now!).. which might correlate to the aforementioned energy surge.
I don't eat sugar very much, and now maybe I can't eat it at all because my sensitivity to it is INTENSE. No more bubble gum! No more tangerines! No more satanic snacks!
I fake hi five fake audiences at band practice while running around in circles and mock ripping off mock track suits.
I box my roommates, whether they like it or not. Some lovely girls from Beacon Hill want to start a fight club, and, depending on my wrist, I may just join them.
I quite literally bounce up and down the hallway.
Worst (or better?)- I can't sleep.
But no one is awake to fist fight or write songs or make out.
I need a sober lunatics with sugar problems support group. I also need to NOT eat chocolate of any kind after 6 pm... like a GREMLIN!
